Standard shipping usually requires 2-5 business days, and express shipping takes 1-2 business days.

You'll receive an email with your tracking details when we dispatch your package.

We accept returns within 90 days of purchase on all current styles, no questions asked, no hoops to jump through - guaranteed.

*All returns must be in new condition with original tags attached.

Personalized items, including customized veils outside our standard length/style, are not eligible for return since they are made to your specifications. However, should there be any mistake or issue with your personalized item(s), we are committed to resolving it to your satisfaction.

We only accept order cancellations on current styles before it's shipped. We cannot cancel orders for personalized merchandise.

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@bridalaccessories.shop. After we approve your cancellation request, you will receive a full refund and confirmation email. The refund process requires several days to complete. Your refund should appear on your card within 48-72 hours, depending on your payment method.
