We highly recommend ordering your veil at least 3 months before your wedding day. First dress fittings typically begin about 2 months before your special day, and ordering 3 months ahead ensures your veil arrives in time for this important first fitting.

If you've fallen in love with one of our embellished veils, please note these beauties require extra time and care to create. Embellished styles take longer(6 weeks) to handcraft to perfection, and ordering with less time will incur rush fees.

Our current production schedule for embellished veils is 6 weeks; simple veils is 2 weeks; and tulle samples will ship within 3 business days.

Standard shipping usually requires 3-5 business days, and Priority shipping takes 2-3 business days.

Personalized items, including customized veils outside our standard length/style, cannot be returned. However, should there be any mistake or issue with your personalized item(s), we are committed to resolving it to your satisfaction.

We only accept order cancellations on current styles before it's shipped. We cannot cancel orders for personalized merchandise.

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@bridalaccessories.shop. After we approve your cancellation request, you will receive a full refund and confirmation email. Your refund should appear on your card within 48-72 hours, depending on your payment method.
