We accept returns within 90 days of purchase on all current styles, no questions asked, no hoops to jump through - guaranteed.

Personalized items, including customized veils outside our standard length/style, are not eligible for return since they are made to your specifications. However, should there be any mistake or issue with your personalized item(s), we are committed to resolving it to your satisfaction.

We only accept order cancellations on current styles before it's shipped. We cannot cancel orders for personalized merchandise.

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@bridalaccessories.shop. After we approve your cancellation request, you will receive a full refund and confirmation email. The refund process requires several days to complete. Your refund should appear on your card within 48-72 hours, depending on your payment method.

Our embellished veils take 4 weeks to complete; simple veils ship from our studio within 5 business days, and tulle samples ship within 3 business days.

We can accommodate rush orders with no additional charges. We understand many brides finalize their accessory choice during their first dress fitting, typically occurring 2 months before their wedding celebration.
