To find your perfect size, all you need is a flexible tape measure (or a piece of string and a ruler)

  1. Relax Your Arm: Let your dominant arm hang naturally at your side. Do not flex or pull the tape too tight
  2. Find the Fullest Part: Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your bicep (usually halfway between your shoulder and elbow)
  3. Check Your Size: Match your measurement to our size tiers. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort, or choosing our Bespoke Custom option
