I wore a creamy ivory dress and ended up purchasing a "dark ivory" veil, which was perfect (the standard "ivory" was slightly too white for my dress). Molly also sent measuring supplies so that I could measure at home and order a custom length. She was so kind and thoughtful throughout the process, and the veil itself was beautifully crafted. Absolutely gorgeous veil!! It was perfect beyond belief, i had spent a long time trying to find the right veil and for a while was torn between a normal cathedral veil or one with a blusher. I initially purchased one without and upon receiving it I felt that it would look nicer with the blusher, when i reached out to ask what i would have to do to get a return started. I was met with nothing but kindness with a very fast and sweet response. They got my new veil to me in no time with instructions on how to get the other veil back and i couldn't have been happier. This shop went above and beyond to help me select the right veil to complement my dress! First of all, they discussed various options with me and gave me some advice, then rush shipped the veil to me. When it arrived, it ended up being slightly the wrong style (slightly too long, needed gathering for volume, and white color a little too stark), so they made me a different one and sent it the next day along with a shipping label to return the first! I was really surprised by the dedication they showed to making sure my veil was perfect and that it arrived on time. The veil looked beautiful and stayed in place all night with the comb. If I could give this shop for than 5 stars I would. I had ordered a veil months before my wedding from a separate Etsy shop. While that veil was beautiful it turned out to be too narrow for my dress and the color didn't quite match. In a panic as I was just weeks away from my wedding, I went back to Etsy looking for shops that sold wider veils. I found this shop and sent a message asking if it would be here in time. Molly went above and beyond with her customer service making sure the veil matched my dress perfectly. I was even unsure about which color would match my dress best, Molly graciously offered to send both color options and included easy packaging for me to send back whoever veil I did not choose.
