Shipping

Shipping & Tracking

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping via USPS for all orders within the United States. To ensure the secure delivery of your bridal heirloom, all orders over $750 require a signature upon arrival. Once your veil is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey.

Please note that shipments are processed Monday through Friday. While we provide estimated delivery dates, these are approximations and may occasionally be influenced by weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays.

Rush Service

For brides requiring an accelerated timeline, our Rush Service prioritizes your custom order in our studio. Once completed, your piece is automatically upgraded to Priority Shipping, arriving within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellation requests are limited to 2 hours after your order is placed. Once this window passes, your item immediately enters production, and the order can no longer be canceled or modified.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are delighted to serve brides exclusively within the United States. While we dream of sharing our collections with brides worldwide in the future, our shipping is limited to US addresses only at this time.
