How to Measure for the Perfect Fit

For the perfect fit, please measure around your bust and arms where the wrap will sit on your body

  1. Position the Tape: Place a soft measuring tape around your upper body, wrapping it over the fullest part of your bust and around both of your upper arms where the wrap is designed to rest
  2. Measure Firmly: We recommend taking a firm measurement for optimal results. Do not pull the tape uncomfortably tight, but ensure there is no slack
  3. Keep Arms Relaxed: Keep your arms down naturally at your sides while taking the measurement to ensure accuracy

Choosing Your Size

The wrap needs to sit snugly to maintain its proper position and prevent it from sliding down

  • Between Sizes? If your firm measurement falls exactly between two sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more secure, snug fit
  • Alteration Note: Because the wrap features delicate ruching and hand-applied pearls, a snug initial fit ensures the tulle holds its beautiful shape throughout your ceremony and reception

  • Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping via USPS for all domestic orders
  • Signature Required: To secure your bridal heirloom, all orders over $750 require a signature upon arrival
  • Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed immediately upon dispatch
  • Processing: Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays

Rush Service

  • Rush Service: Prioritizes your custom order production timeline within our studio
  • Priority Delivery: Upgrades your order to Priority Shipping, arriving 2 to 3 business days after dispatch
Policies

Cancellations

  • 2-Hour Window: Cancellation or modification requests are strictly limited to 2 hours after purchase
  • Production Stage: Once this window passes, your item enters production and cannot be altered

Returns & Exchanges

  • Final Sale: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our pieces, all sales are final
  • No Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances
  • Bridal Support: We encourage you to contact us with any styling or product questions before purchasing

Damages & Issues

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery
  • Reporting Window: Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for replacements
