If you've tried on your veil and it's not exactly what you dreamed of, we're happy to offer a free exchange option with no questions asked. Simply reach out to us about the veil you'd like to exchange, and we'll guide you through our seamless process:

* If the price of your current veil covers the cost of your desired veil, there won't be any additional fees.
* If you're exchanging for a more luxurious veil, we'll create a special listing on our website for you to pay just the difference.
* If your new veil choice costs less than your original purchase, we'll refund the difference back to your original payment method - with no limits on the refundable amount

Once we receive all the details needed for your exchange, your dream veil will ship within 3 weeks. In the rare situation where materials aren't immediately available, we will notify you within the same business day.

Shipping Within the US

Orders are processed Monday-Friday and are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your shipment has been processed, you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can follow your order's journey to you.

If the item shows In Stock, the processing time will be an estimated 3-5 days (not including shipping transit times).

If the item shows Made-to-Order, it will take an estimated 8 weeks to be handmade for you.

For Made to Order items with Rush Service added, your item will be shipped within the desired timeframe once the payment is cleared, and via Priority shipping(arrives 2-3 days after dispatching) when it's ready to ship.

We offer free shipping for all orders within the US. We will ship your order with USPS. Any estimated delivery date is an estimation only and may not take into consideration weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen transit delays.

We accept returns within 90 days of purchase on all current styles, no questions asked, no hoops to jump through - guaranteed.

Personalized items, including customized veils outside our standard length/style, cannot be returned. However, should there be any mistake or issue with your personalized item(s), we are committed to resolving it to your satisfaction.
